I have owned a property in Langley City since 1998 and have used NAI Goddard and Smith since then for all of my property management needs. I have been very pleased with their service. Each month I receive a statement of income and expenses as well as a year end statement for tax purposes. Both giving me a clear picture of what is happening with my property.
